FAQ

What do I get paid?

You will be assessed on your experience and qualifications and be paid under the Children’s Services Award 2010.

When do I get paid?

All educators will be paid directly into their account fortnightly and be given a payslip. All your employment details will be on Employment Hero which you will have access to.

What happens if I get a thumbs down?

A thumbs down gets reported straight to us, we will follow up with both you and the centre for the reasons behind it. We will also provide further support and see how you can improve in the future.

What happens if a job is cancelled on me?

If the job is cancelled within 6 hours you will still be paid. We don’t want Educators to be inconvenienced.
