We have 2 x perm part time Educator positions available at this lovely OSHC service in Kellyville where you will work alongside a supportive community.

This Service has two opportunities for educators to join their team!

You will be on the floor facilitating and running a variety of programs that are child-focused, engaging, and educational. Supporting children by engaging in learning through play is the focus of this position.
  
Being fun-loving, energetic, and innovative is essential in this role, as you will be encouraging children to follow their dreams and pursue their interests.

Working well in a team is also important, as a great team culture is vital at this Service. You will also be part of an organisation that values educator wellbeing and provides opportunities for career growth and progression within the organisation.

About these awesome roles:
  • 2 x Educator perm part time positions available (1 x 28 hours per week and 1 x 30 hours per week).
  • Above award wages! $26 - $29 per hour + 10% super.
  • Broken shifts of before and after school care - when a broken shift is worked, also earn the broken shift allowance of $17.18 each day a morning and afternoon shift is worked.
  • Very supportive organisation who prioritises educator wellbeing with access to EAP programs.

About you!
  • You have a passion for working with children.
  • You love to see children grow and develop in their own unique ways and gain joy from supporting this.
  • You can think outside the box and come up with creative ideas for activities.
  • You are a team player and a friendly and supportive team member.
  • You are open minded, confident, and flexible.
  • You possess a sound/working understanding of the NQF, NQS, and child protection legislation.
  • Desirable: you have experience in OSHC or ECE.
  • You are open to ongoing professional development and ongoing quality improvement.
  • HLTAID004 / 012 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting or willingness to obtain (1 day training).  
  • Valid and current paid NSW Working with Children Check.

Child Safety:   
Looking for an individual that understands, adheres, and promotes The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations. In your position, you will help to create a culture, adopt strategies, and take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.

COVID-19 Vaccination:
It is a requirement in NSW that any ECEC (and OSHC) staff across the state must receive two doses of a COVID-19 vaccination by 8 November 2021.
