If you have solid OSHC experience, as a Director or Assistant Director, and you are looking to work somewhere where you can develop your own style, this could be the place for you!
The service can offer great professional development opportunities but they do need someone with leadership experience, a strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, MTOP and the regulations. Ideally you will have a relevant qualification.
This OSHC is a well-run environment, with a strong team, needing leadership to move it forward. If successful, you could be a key part of the management team of a respected and valued OSHC Service whose community is actively involved and ready for change.

In order to attract committed Education and Care professionals to their team, this service will pay above award wages - $35 to $42 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
