About the school:
This wonderful service is located in Manly Vale, just minutes away from the beach. The team prides itself in having a strong relationship with the school community and offering a place for children to explore the imaginary, discover new ways and express their emotions. About the role:
  • Full time role – 38 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday shifts – perfect work life balance, this service is located minutes away from the beach! 
  • Implement change 
  • Promote enrolment in the service 
  • During vacation care you will have the opportunity to liaise with other local services - stability of shifts all year round! 
About the service:
  • Service is licenced for 90 children - approximately 55 children attend per day 
  • This is a pack away service - perfect opportunity to collaborate with your team each day 
  • Diverse play environments - access to multiple areas in the school grounds
  • This service has its own office space 
  • Excellent store room and kitchen on offer
  • Meeting in all seven quality areas of the National Quality Standards 
  • Hours of operation:
      • Before School Care: 7:00am-9:00am 
      • After School Care: 2:50pm-6:00pm
      • Vacation Care: this service does not operate in vacation care

The Essentials:
  • Highly Desired: Relevant Qualification in childcare or teaching - Certificate IV in Outside School Hours Care, Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Required: Experience in OSHC or ECE setting
  • Highly Desired: Experience leading a team of educators
  • Current ‘CHCPRT001’- Identify and respond to children and young people at risk’ training (or willingness to obtain- 1 day training).
  • Current ‘HLTAID012’- Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting’ Certificate (or willingness to obtain- 1 day training).
  • Valid and current NSW Paid Working with Children Check.
  • Child Safety –We are looking for someone who understands, adheres, and promotes The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination: Proof of full vaccination status
