RECRUITMENT

Discover the perfect fit for your team with our tailored recruitment solutions, designed to meet your organisation’s unique needs and culture.

CONSULTING

At our core, we understand that every service is unique, with its own set of goals, challenges, and community dynamics. That’s why our consulting services are built on a deeply personalised approach. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions; instead, we take the time to understand your needs, aspirations, and constraints.

Once we have a thorough understanding of what makes your service unique, we’ll work closely with you to develop a customised action plan. From there, our consultant will provide ongoing support and guidance.

By offering one-on-one sessions, workshops, and regular check-ins, you never feel like you are doing it alone.

By becoming your partners on the journey, we remain responsive and capable of seamlessly adapting our support based on needs, and shifting priorities.

Together, we’ll create a roadmap that’s uniquely yours, guiding your service towards a future where we can shine brighter, together.

2 – Our consultant will visit your service where they will sight, observe, and discuss your practice with your team.

3 -Our consultant will then create a report outlining any compliance concerns and share quality improvement opportunities.

4 -The process concludes with a follow-up meeting, where our consultant will provide you with practical advice and strategies to ensure you shine when you receive your notice.

Acknowledgement of Country

At Firefly HR, we acknowledge the traditional owners of the land we work & connect with you from today. As a base, Firefly HR connects from the land of the Garigal or Caregal people, and would like to acknowledge all 29 clan groups of the Eora Nation.

At Firefly HR, we connect – although online, and meet by story sharing, learning, taking on non verbal queues, deconstruct and reconstruct information, and move in non linear directions at times. We use symbols without realising, and link with our own land and community.

This is all interconnected. We are utilising Aboriginal pedagogy with these processes and in our daily work.

We acknowledge the land that we are on today has been the core of all spirituality, language, knowledge, and sacred sites. This knowledge is what us and others need to embrace to ensure a future for our children and our children’s children.

We need to hear, respectfully, and listen.

As a guiding principle to the National Quality Framework that Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures are valued, we are working on building the foundations here and believe a strong, meaningful acknowledgement of country is important.
