The National Quality Standard (Element 1.3.1) requires each child’s learning and development to be assessed or evaluated as part of an ongoing cycle of observation, analysing learning, documentation, planning, implementation and reflection.
This Planning cycle template supports services to document their observation, learning analysis, plans and reflections of each child’s learning and development. When used in conjunction with the Educational program display template and Learning experience practice notes template services can document the whole planning cycle.
