This Compliance Monitoring Tool has been designed to support service leaders to assess and monitor their compliance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.

The tool can assist services to demonstrate key practices related to Element 7.1.2 – Management systems, of the National Quality Standard.

Services are encouraged to refer to their relevant policies and procedures when using this tool to guide their compliance monitoring practices.
